Service description

WhoisGenius provides a domain intelligence API that performs multi-source attribution analysis. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any individual result.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the API for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to harass, stalk, or conduct unauthorized surveillance of individuals. Bulk scraping for competitive intelligence or resale of raw API data is prohibited.

Rate limits and billing

Each tier includes a monthly query allocation. Exceeding your allocation may result in overage charges or service throttling, depending on your plan. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Intellectual property

The WhoisGenius API, scoring algorithms, and documentation are proprietary. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the API and any integrations you build using it.

Limitation of liability

WhoisGenius is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to incorrect attribution results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
